Let people know what is happening in my classroom.
This could be very useful, but I will need to take some time to plan out what I want to do with it.
Blogs in the classroom will be benefiatial to ask students question concerning class lesson....
Very useful tool.
I will be using the blog to enable students to discuss the objectives we are studying this year.
I blog my assignments because the most recent assignment is listed at the top. So the students can easily identify which assignment they missed.
I also have a blog for my DJ business, so future couples can look at the weddings I have done and they can determine if I am the right fit for them.
Make a blog where students and teachers can suggest books for library purchse.
great..........will be very useful for weekly writings............just need to figure how to format pictures to upload.
Good for posting HW and for students to comment about pictures or diagrams.
This will be a good way for HS students to ask/answer questions about exams since there are sometimes many days between their last class meeting and their actual MT exam date.
To check understanding of classroom readings.
I'd like to get the homework and assignment reminders out to parents. Also, any major ideas or extension activities can be shown here.
In the past I have used it to help develop written English language skills. I will re-submit the information to create a new blog for this year's ELA class to comment on their literature circle books.
Blogs are useful forums for student study circles.
I think the blogs would be a cool, different way for students to comment their thoughts on a story read in class. A neat way to have them do a possible homework assignment.
not really quite sure how I am going to use blogs in my classroom yet. I will have to think about it.
I could post blogs about topics covered in class. If students were having trouble they could use the blog to ask questions since there is not always time in class.
I may this for my nursing class to discuss their mid-term project after completion
